10.) Most affordable 2 bedroom apartments I have found around Missoula @ $630/month!

8.) The heat bill in winter never gets higher than about $75/month!
7.) They are spacious 2 bedroom apartments @ 1,000 sq. ft., including about a 7x7 ft. storage "closet"!
6.) We don't have to go to a laundry mat to do our laundry as long as you have a washer and dryer for the hookups!
5.) The maintenance guy is very quick to fix anything you need done & he mows the lawn, NOT us!
4.) It is a rather quiet apartment complex even though there are several buildings here in it!
3.) They are far enough up out of town that you feel like you are out in the country, nice for a farm raised girl like me, BUT we are walking distance from at least five nice parks in our neighborhood!
2.) We have an awesome view out of our living room window with a gully right below it and mountains out on the horizon!
1.) We often see many deer out our window in the gully, including recently a doe with her baby fawn!
These big bucks were crossing the street on Sunday morning on our way out the complex to church!
Even though I would love for us to own a house or even find a bigger place to rent, right now the Lord has us here and I need to be thankful for His provision in that!
